This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Siap Berbatik, developed and managed by Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) Kabupaten Deli Serdang.

Siap Berbatik (Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik) adalah aplikasi layanan publik yang bertujuan memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses layanan digital Kesbangpol secara cepat, transparan, dan mudah.

Aplikasi ini mencakup tiga layanan utama:

• BATIK KERIS (Keterangan Rekomendasi Izin Riset): Layanan untuk pengajuan surat rekomendasi riset secara online tanpa tatap muka.
• BATIK PERTAMAS (Pengurusan Persyaratan Terdaftar & Keberadaan Ormas): Fasilitas bagi organisasi kemasyarakatan untuk mendaftar dan terdata secara resmi.
• BATIK WARDIMOR (Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat & Moderasi Beragama): Sistem pelaporan berbasis masyarakat untuk mendeteksi potensi konflik sosial dan memperkuat moderasi beragama.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII), except when it is voluntarily submitted for service-related purposes, including:

• Submission of research recommendation requests (BATIK KERIS)
• Submission of organization registration data (BATIK PERTAMAS)
• Submission of community reports (BATIK WARDIMOR)

All data collected is used exclusively for service purposes and handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

2. Permissions Used

The app may request the following permissions:

• Internet Access: To communicate securely with our servers.
• Storage Access: To allow uploading of supporting documents or files.

3. Use of Information

Information submitted by users is used solely to process requests and services available in the app. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or profiling purposes.
